1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The service does not work as expected due to a platform-side issue.
  • There has been an incorrect or duplicate charge on your account.
  • A technical issue on our end prevents proper usage of the service.

2. Subscription Policy

Important: Subscription cancellations do not generate a refund for the current billing period.

  • If a subscription is cancelled, no refund will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing period.
  • The cancellation will take effect from the start of the next billing cycle.
  • You can continue using all paid features until the current billing period ends.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Credits that have already been used or services that have been completed.
  • Accounts found to be misusing the platform or in violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Change of mind after the service has been used or credits have been consumed.

4. Payments

  • All payments are securely processed by Paddle, our certified payment provider.
  • We do not store, access, or have visibility into your full payment information.
